Scott Brann graduated from Ball State University and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1981. Scott is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court and by the United States Supreme Court. He is authorized to practice in all Texas trial and appellate courts, in the U. S. Court of Federal Claims and in the U. S. District Courts serving the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
