Roger Sullivan received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Wabash College in 1998 and his law degree from Texas Tech University School of Law in 2001.
Roger began his legal career as a personal injury defense lawyer working for insurance carriers. In 2004 after learning the in's and out's of the insurance industry, Roger shifted his practice and began working for victims of negligence. He has obtained many substantial verdicts on behalf of injured clients when insurance carriers refused to fairly and adequately compensate for their injuries and damages.
Roger became Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 2010. He was listed as Rising Star by Texas Super Lawyers for 2015 and 2016, and was on Houstonia Magazine's list of Top Houston Lawyers for 2015. Roger was also named as a Texas Super Lawyer in 2017. Roger has also been listed by the National Trial Lawyers in their list of Top 100 Plaintiff Lawyers for 2016.
Roger strongly believes in helping people who don’t know how to proceed after they have been injured through someone else’s neglect – and he is passionate about bringing accountability to those who hurt others.
Roger enjoys spending time with his wife, Catherine, and their two young sons Andrew and William. He’s a fan of the Houston Texans and Texas Tech Football and enjoys playing golf and spending time with family and friends.
Scott Brann graduated from Ball State University and received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree, magna cum laude, from South Texas College of Law in 1981. Scott is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court, the Florida Supreme Court and by the United States Supreme Court. He is authorized to practice in all Texas trial and appellate courts, in the U. S. Court of Federal Claims and in the U. S. District Courts serving the Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
